Perfect and fairly clean hotel with a magnificent view of the cathedral or of Giotto's Bell Tower. Amazing setting near the SMN train station and all the important landmarks of Florence. Nearby Move On - a great place to chill out.

All in all everything was perfect, had a fine stay depending on what you are looking for during your visit. The morning meal was wonderful with cheese assortment. The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval cathedral.

The staff was incredibly kind, even lending us their personal electric heater to keep us warm. The location is fantastic, right near the dome and a shopping center. The room was spacious and the water was hot. The staff went out of their way to help us, even buying a baby cot for our stay. I would recommend Costantini without hesitation.

The location was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.
The toilet in our room kept running and making noises, but if we shut the bathroom door we couldn't hear it.

Location next to the Doumo was great
1. Location next to the Doumo meant hearing church bells at all hours 2. Bed was uncomfortable 3. Bathroom was tragic, no shower recess OR bath tub 4. Water was cold

The wifi was extremely slow and unreliable, which was frustrating. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep at night due to the street noise.
